Payment Information

AttentionNew Payment/Drop Policy

Beginning with the Summer 2010 semester, students’ fees will be due at the time of registration. There will be a 10 calendar day grace period after registration before students who have not paid will be dropped from their classes. Students signing up less than 10 days before the semester begins will need to have their accounts paid in full before the first day of the new term.

Classes that are not paid for in full within the 10 day grace period or before the first day of the term, whichever comes first, will be automatically dropped. If fees are owed by the student after the term begins a hold will be placed on their records and their account will be subject to collection.

Specific groups, such as those with approved BOG fee waivers, those on Payment Plans, or certain Veteran Chapter Benefits must have their paperwork processed well in advance of registration.

For more information, go to New Payment Policy FAQs.

Students are responsible for:

  • Full payment of all charges at the time of registration.
  • Keeping Sierra College informed of any address changes.
  • Adhering to all deadlines.

You are liable for payment of the charges for all courses for which you register, whether or not you attend the course.  To have the charges removed, you must personally drop the course by the Add/ Drop/ Refund Deadline. See Course Drops.
